Orange Cream Cake
Ingredients
ORANGE CAKE:
1 box orange cake mix (I used Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix)
1 box (3.4oz) Vanilla INSTANT pudding mix, dry
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
ORANGE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powered sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream or milk
3 Tablespoons sweet orange marmalade
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray (2) 9x2 inch cake pans[ with nonstick spray. Set aside.
